I was apprehensive about getting a motability car as I didn't know much about the process.
Chris put me at ease right from the start and talked me through everything. He showed me cars that were available on the scheme and helped me choose what was best for my needs.
He went above and beyond when it came to sourcing a car and was able to save me waiting for months! On the date I placed the order, he told me my car would be available before the end of January!
When Chris rang to let me know my car was ready, we talked through everything about the scheme again and he made sure I knew the details about insurance and tax etc. he checked i knew what the advance payment tooWe organised a date for collection and that was that.
Chris rang me back a few minutes later to say he had noticed that the advance payment and dropped since we placed the order. He told me he had sorted this out for me and had saved me £200!
I am over the moon with the service I have received from Dacia and Chris in particular.
I cannot recommend this team enough and will go back to them when it's time for a new car.
