He made us both feel very at ease and explained anything we were unsure of.
He booked a test drive for us at a time convenient to us and we ordered our new car with him directly afterwards.
He went through the application with us with patience and humour whilst remaining very professional.
Brett talked us through the process and discussed adaptations and my needs.
I felt very 'looked after' and Brett gave us an accurate timescale for the delivery date.
We had the phone call and collected the car a few days ago. Brett showed us all around the car and gave us the info we needed etc.
He assured us if we had any issues or questions we could call him.
We have now had our Austral almost a week and are over the moon with it. It is a delight to drive!
