- Rating 5.0Oct 24, 2024From the moment we walked into the dealership we were welcomed by helpful and friendly staff. Everyone we've met working there have said 'hello' to us and 'did we need any help?'
We dealt with Sebastian and what he didn't know about each model of vehicle or the Motability Scheme wasn't worth knowing. We told him our exact needs and what car we had been looking at. Sebastian was able to demonstrate a couple of models and gave us the pros and cons of each models for our needs. When we made our choice Sebastian explained step by step on how to order and everything that would happen. For example getting emails on the progress of our new car build. We hadn't had that last time but felt much more involved and informed.
When our car was ready to collect Sebastian contacted us straight away to arrange a pick up time. Our whole experience of ordering from Lookers Kia Chester was amazing. Sebastian gave us 110% in service and knowledge.
We'd 100% recommend Lookers Kia Chester to order any vehicle under the Motability Scheme as they were outstanding!
