    They didnt put my v2l lead in the car. They must have forgotten it, I have searched the entire car its not here not in the boot not under the floorboard. I have been through the manual all the sites made sure to check every trim and make sure it was something that came as standard. It does. The guy didnt know how to set up the digital key but I figured it out after a couple of hours reseaching. I have asked for an nfc card as that was something that came with the car but apparently he said even though the car is built for it I dont see one has been set up, iv asked for one as a goodwill gesture as it was one of the reasons I got this particular car as I have short term memory issues and constantly worry about having lost something or thinking I have, its more peace of mind knowing there is multiple ways of getting in and getting home if I need to be alone or I have a sudden turn and cant be out. The car can use one and they can set one up for me its just whether they will or not. I dont think they are open atm as I have sent 5/6 emails that havnt been responded to but yesterday they were getting responded to immediately as I hadn't paid for the car by then, the guy who gave me the car said he is off until Jan 2nd so I dont think he is getting his emails I have tried to send to him and to them but no luck. It hasn't been great if im honest, iv asked can I go to byd prescot as its close to me and for them to ask have they got a v2l lead in their place or even bootle as Chester is about a 35 mile journey for me. I would of checked properly but the guy said he wasnt working he only came in to hand the car off to me and sent me a message saying he had errands to run as I was a few minutes late due to traffic, although he was on the phone to someone for the first 10 minutes talking about a car they had while I was sat there at his desk.
    Having said all that I understand its a fast paced job he certainly wasnt rude just a rushed he did ask if I had any questions after a quick 2 minutes of pointing at the screen and talking me whats what but didnt know how about the car and thought they may not do them anymore but thats ok iv done that myself now. I would of asked about the lead but I didnt expect it to not be in the car, he showed me 2 bags and said these are your chargers one for a 3 pin plug and something about the other i cant remember but I assumed the other lead was under the floorboard as I read that is where it is stored. I have sent several emails, I will now email prescot to see what they say hopefully I will have better luck with them.

    Extremely helpful, very nice guy. Made me a promise, kept that promise and worked hard and fast in order for me to recieve a £1000 discount. Very pleased, would 100% buy a car from him in the future.
