    It was ok , just on the phone tbey said no courtesy cars so I explained i had to pick my disabled son up from school , they said woukd onjy be couple hours then that changed to 3 hours so was meant to be ready by two but didn’t get my kwys back for the car till 240-245 apart from that all was well

    Shocking experience with the lady who felt with us, rude, clearly not trained to work with people with strugg with mental health disability, mega mix up with a replacement car for a few days, all work couldn’t be carried out as I had to have the car returned because of the mixed up with the replacement and was left with no car, shocking
