    Was told that I was booked in for a ‘quick service’ only to be informed that it would be ready between 7 and 7 1/2 hours later. I had no other form of transport. I have a motability vehicle and rely on it. I spent near £50 on taxi’s. At no point was a courtesy car mentioned. I have no issues with the servicing. The fact that you ‘were servicing 70 vehicles’ that day is/was a very poor excuse.
