    he experience at Skoda was absolutely amazing. Debbie Lamb was the one who helped me chose the perfect car for myself and my family. She was so thoughtful and caring the whole way through and answered all my questions with a smile and with ease. We were given flowers at the end which was a very nice gift. I was incredibly happy with my time at Skoda and my new car is perfect thanks to Debbie. I was shown videos on the iPad of the car and was told about everything the car comes with and what it can do.

    Outstanding service from Mitchell Škoda Chester the lady that looked after us that day her name was Debbie Lamb? She was amazing from start to finish we supposed to have gone to 3 other garages that day but after going to Mitchell Škoda in Chester the service we received myself and my wife decided not to bother going to the other three garages and throughout the journey of the car being built, she kept us informed of the stages. It was that and when it was being delivered absolutely faultless, great service

    Thanks as usual it was a relaxing and pleasurable experience at Mitchell’s as they go above and beyond with drinks and fresh fruit pleasant and helpful staff, particularly Dawn Sutton who tirelessly helps all of us older customers, she is a cheerful understanding person and always explains everything you need to know for peace of mind.
