    It's been a bad experience from the beginning. We were showed a car with features important to us and pulled the trigger. When we picked up the car, it was a different model and missing those important features. Classic bait and switch by the salesman.
    The mobility rep made lots of mistakes when we handed the car over this week and seemed unknowlageble about the motability status.
    We took a courtesy car. It was dirty and smelled of stale tobacco smoke.
    We drove our car for 2 years, it would be slow and lack the power to drive uphill at over 20mph. We brought this up twice to be told all was fine. 2 years later we discovered that the techs had left it in valet mode. No apology.
    We won't be doing any more business with Hyundai once we hand this car back in a few weeks
