    Extremely professional customer service. I was told the MOT was a 'sit & wait' but in fact took several hours. I had to get my son to pick me up to bring me home

    We came in to look at cars as we were thinking of getting a motability car. As it was our first time, we didn’t know what to look for/what to ask/how it worked. But from the moment we walked in, Dean was wonderful. We had requirements that needed to be met by our new car, we needed it to be big enough for our 4 dogs and a wheelchair. And we needed it to be economical. We first looked at an Suzuki A-cross (I think that’s what it was called!) but after careful consideration, we decided that it may be too small. So Dean showed us the MG ZS EV and it was perfect! Not only that, but unlike most other new cars, it was there! And we wouldn’t have to wait a million years for it. Just under a week later (yesterday) we collected our brand new car! Dean went though everything with us so we knew how to use all of the features. Nothing was too much trouble.
