    The experience getting the car itself was great. The car went in for its first service this was very different Experience. my mum is the primary driver as she is my carer due to my disability. I done the paperwork via email the car was booked for 8.30. When arriving they stated to my mum it wasn’t just a service and the car has had a recall, we had no prior communications about this and the check in for the service was done by us the day before, the check in for the recall was sent at 8.47am 17 mins into the appointment, my mum was there then almost 3 hours. This was not communicated to either of us via emails or phone calls. Someone then picked their car up after a service and was told they had their car washed and when my mum got ours back they never done the same? Not sure if this is was because we was On motorbilitly and it is not included
