    The car didn't have any petrol in it 1 mile of petrol and the sales lad didn't even remember to take advance payment I needed to remind him

    Very friendly and welcoming experience, staff where lovely and extremely helpful and didn’t feel like they where jumping on you when you entered, they also had no problem explaining/ showing me things about the car and the scheme!
