    I arranged the appointment for 8.30 but received a phone call two days before asking me what time I would arrive and, since another customer was booked in at 8.30, could I please arrive at 10. Not great but never mind. I asked for the tyre pressures to be checked during the MOT but when I checked the form when I got home that part of it hadn’t been completed. I rang the centre to ask if the pressures had been checked and was told someone would email me back on Monday as the service centre was closed. No one has emailed me. Not great again. Will go to back to trafford park centre for future services and MOT

    Poor service at ring up my self after having my all day than to late pick it up
    Plus give me a loan van with not drain of diesel in it which run out just petrol station
    Just roll in
    Plus my van is still not done what came in with
    And to go over the runcorn bridge

    Good service but couldn’t find the fault I have with the gearbox plus I was disappointed that vw wanted a large fee to add voice control of my phone last mobility car we had voice control was free

    I have a good help on this time. But the first day I have a problem with the taxi who will pick my daughter’s from school but when you send me a car I take them snd back as a normal day ehen my own car. Thank you so much
