    Was there for 3 hours and wasn't offered a drink or given any updates until the last 30 mins only after I requested them. I was booked in for an express service at 10 am and was told to wait around until 11.30 shen it would be complete. I was there until after 1pm

    Identified an issue with an incorrect tyre having been fitted by Kwikfit. I rectified the problem and my car passed it’s MOT. My husband would have liked a cup of tea whilst he was waiting at Peoples!
