    Disgusting to be charged £48 because my disabilities don't allow me to drop off and pick up my car, and, the medication I take doesn't allow me to drive a courtesy car in the afternoon.

    Everything was fine ! Good service and M.O.T . Car returned in excellent condition with new tyres which I appreciate ! The only very annoying thing is the £45 charge that it now costs to have the car picked up and returned ! Motability is supposed to help disabled people not make things harder for them ! However the experience at the garage was superb !

    Great customer service from Callum Mckinstry for being very helpful and polite and assisting me on how to apply for my first motability car. Also great customer service from Jonathan Cooper who took over application and kept me informed of when my new car was arriving. He is very friendly, helpful and he answered the questions I needed to know.
