    The motability representative at Evans Halshaw, James Cain, was thoroughly affable and polite throughout, and highly patient. He was also very knowledgeable, answering all our questions fully and encouraging us to ask any more that we had. He was considerate of my difficulties, both when scheduling the appointment and during it, and was happy to sanitise the pen for me before I had to use it to sign the paperwork. He made what was essentially a very stressful and difficult situation for me much more manageable. Cannot say enough positive things about him.
