    The person dealing with the handover was really nice, polite. There were things within the car which I haven't come across before, and would have liked a bit more time spent explaining them.

    Also within the car interior, there are no car mat's. I was told to buy cheap ones off Amazon, and that "You wouldn't want the ones we provide as they have vauxhall written all over them". To me I thought this was rather dangerous not to have car mats in, especially under the controls, and my concerns came true today, we have had rain and my foot slipped getting into the car (no carpet mat there) and I banged my arm quite badly. I have ordered some mats, but not "cheap one" I have bought the made to fit one which clip in. I honoured don't know why the dealership didn't put mats in??

    Also £25 worth of petrol was put in, and I was charged for this. If I hadn't asked about petrol when I was rang to arrange a pickup date, I would have been shocked to be told you need to pay £25 now.

    I haven't had a good experience at all. I don't think I will be getting a vauxhall again.

    I want it noted that there was 'NO CAR MAT'S" as when I hand the car back, I won't be leaving the £30 made to fit mats that I have ordered for my own safety in the car. I am worried to drive the car now until the mats get delivered. I am disabled and I have hurt myself in a disability car.
