    I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent order with Volkswagen through Motability. Unfortunately, my experience at the dealership was disappointing and fell below the level of service I expected.

    The staff did not appear confident or knowledgeable about the vehicle and were unable to clearly explain features or answer questions without repeatedly checking the system. While it is understandable that not every piece of information may be known immediately, product knowledge and the ability to guide customers is essential — especially when dealing with Motability users who may require additional clarity and reassurance. I felt this was lacking.

    I also did not feel that courtesy or customer care were prioritised. The approach felt passive, as though it was assumed I already knew everything I needed, rather than being actively supported through the process or offered advice. In the end, I proceeded with the order based on my own research into the vehicle, as the only assistance I received was a payment link. This does not reflect what I believe should be standard service for Motability or private customers.

    Overall, the experience did not reflect the professionalism or customer support expected from a dealership representing both Volkswagen and Motability. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as better product knowledge, guidance and customer engagement would improve the experience greatly for future Motability customers.
