    I am very pleased with the handover. Lee was exceptionally patient and helpful in explaining all the features of the car. He took his time to demonstrate everything, from how to change the radio channel to using all the functions of the Kia Sonic. I would like to commend the entire sales team; they were the most pleasant I’ve dealt with. Additionally, as my car is a mobility vehicle, I was treated with the utmost respect, as though I had come in to pay cash for a new car. In the past, I’ve purchased cars from Mercedes and Volkswagen. I must say Lee’s approach is an asset to the company. His disposition and service were exceptional.
