    When I first made the service appointment I was told I would only have an hour and a half to wait, when I arrived at the dealership I was told it would be about 2 hours to which I said I have other appointments to get to so I said as quickly as you can please. After waiting 3 hours in a very cold waiting area I finally got my car back. I was not at all pleased with the wait time and it put me behind for the rest of the day.
