- Rating 3.0Jan 21, 2025Booking a service was difficult as no afternoon appointments are available for waiting service. As no option was given to me I ended up having to use a day's holiday.
I went to the dealership I bought the car from in Rochdale only to find it had closed down. I then made my way to Oldham.
The car park was full and both disabled parking bays had dealership cars parked in them (no blue badge) so I had to park behind them. Very poor as i have been experiencing extreme difficulty with my walking at moment.
Inside the dealership it was a different story. The receptionist was pleasant and friendly with a very bubbly attitude. Everything was explained to me and complimentary coffee and wifi was offered to me (the coffee was great). On completion a video of the inspection was sent to me and was well planned out with clear explanations of what was being checked (as a vehicle inspector myself I appreciated this).
