    1. Great on day service
    2. Nice waiting area with complementary coffee and WiFi.
    Not so good,
    1.poor online booking system
    2. Difficult to arrange service when you can't talk on the phone.
    3. On the day was told not booked in. Fortunately I had text and email confirmation and my car was serviced.
    Definitely not going back next year for new car
