    Great customer service. Some issues still need to be addressed. Still having issues with the Audi computer system in my car and the bluetooth call quality is very poor.

    My car has been defective for over a year with a faulty MMI which means the whole system disconnected and the SOS was defective. I booked my car for the Service and was told the MMI could be fixed but would need to be in for the whole day. I dropped in my car the night before on the Wednesday. I got a call on the Thursday afternoon to tell me they needed it for one more day. I had to call on the Saturday morning to be told that the service team didn't work weekends and there would be nobody there until the Monday. Nobody called me on the Friday to tell me I would be wothout my car for the full weekend. I called Monday morning at 08:30 when the service team arrives to be told that my car was just being washed and would then be ready for collection, so the work must have been completed before the weekend if none of the service team were in over the weekend....this isn't the first time you have done this to me either.....

    Would have been 5 stars had a courtesy vehicle been available. Unfortunately I had to use a taxi service to get home. There was also a dealership car parked in one of the disabled parking spaces.
    The service received by Callum was 10/10. He explained the situation with the courtesy vehicles, apologised for the car in the disabled bay and promised to have it moved and asked if I had any concerns with my vehicle. He also said he would arrange for a member of staff to take me home if my taxi didn't turn up, which I thought was really great.
