    This was written on the invoice although the footwells were never hoovered as still had dirty carpet when we got the car back

    We have carried out a Complimentary Service
    Wash Today including Jet Wash, Shampoo &
    Hoover Front Footwells. Boot Excluded.

    Carl was very helpful in the showroom as our car wasn’t ready on time and we had to go back the day after in the afternoon. Also our key fob cover wasn’t returned even though they said it was never there.
    We firstly booked the car for a service and when we turned up we were informed they didn’t have our courtesy car.
    I do feel they need to be calling clients when they aren’t ready for us to collect also if they don’t have the courtesy car. It would have made it a better experience
