    Motability vehicle.
    This was my first ever motability car and I had no idea what I was doing. From start to finish I was treated with dignity and respect, an experience I haven’t had many times since becoming disabled.
    I actually had to go to court and announce to a room full of strangers all the ins and outs of my personal physical issues to be finally granted this car. So after a wholly upsetting experience so far, to deal with Paul, Nicole and even Angela/Andrea (so sorry I can’t remember which it is and I feel bad!) who were all so helpful and lovely, was fantastic and put a happy end on a bad ordeal. From the initial order placed with Paul, Nicole taking over from him seamlessly (which I know in the car trade isn’t always easy!) plus the friendly, helpfulness from Angela, everything was just what we could hope for and more. I just hope they’re there when we need our next car!!
