    Lee was a lovely gentleman. He was friendly and made sure there was no extra faff, just straight forward and made clear for me which is what I really benefit from. He didn't try to sell me anything extra like other garages, just took note of everything I wanted and needed and nothing more. He's a credit to the motability section there.

He put himself out in a most professional way he needs a commandment for the way he reacts and communicates with the public speed that he got the vehicle out was absolutely amazing and the genuine concern for my well-being was of most concern I can’t say any more than that.     Wouldn't use this branch again. Service manager is nasty & rude. The car had not been in my possession for almost 5 months. There's allegedly been a lot to repair and pays that works perfectly before going in suddenly no longer work.
