    Not the same. I am disabled and the few parking places not accessible, the contact in there didn't get any better,you used to feel special not any more, even after when I went outside to drive away my car was the only one that looked like it had been in a thunder storm. Even from first phoning to make a date for service I was left hanging after the third attempt i got the service department. I asked about help putting me on mercedes me, when I got to see a rep he asked if I had my v12 if I had been told previously I could have taken it with me. So I am still not on Mme. I was there 3 hours and nobody asked if I needed anything. Used to feel good going there but not now.regards Alan Ripley.

    Not impressed at all l had to find someone to pick me up after dropping my car off and the same when l picked the car. I was told that they don’t have any one to that job anymore.
