    The dealership has been exceptional from the point of viewing cars to the final collection.
    All staff that I have interacted with have gone above and beyond, and no pressure. Jasmine has been incredible, keeping me up to date regularly throughout the process, also providing opportunity for questions at every stage. The handover is the best handover that I have ever had, it was very thorough, leaving nothing to chance. Adjustments were made to support me in getting comfortable with the car. The set up was amazing and very comprehensive, nothing too much trouble. Harrison also helped out with some tech issues which was great. There is also the offer of a second handover once settled with the car. Even the offer of a second handover once settled with the car. Steve, the manager even came down to say thank you. I cannot praise the team and especially Jasmine enough. I have felt very supported and ‘special’ on the day. Well done

    The handover of our new car was excellent as was the whole experience from day one. My wife and I arrived a little early at the dealership and were immediately made to feel very welcome.
    Matt the manager who did the handover was very pleasant and thorough. At the start he told us to ask as many questions as we wanted as we had him for 90 minutes. No rush.
    The car was as expected immaculate with a full tank of fuel. Matt set everything up and was happy to answer the same question more than once.
    Another nice touch was Jodie the sales administrator we had dealt with for 3 weeks prior took the time to come down and say hello.
    We left with our new car feeling we had been treated like true valued customers.
    The Lexus mantra " Experience Amazing" was evident every step of the way.
