    The worst customer service I ever received! My vehicle went for an MOT, I, as the customer, had to call Swansway at 5.30pm to be informed that my vehicle had failed the test, I should not have had to chase - it's basic curiosity and customer service to keep customers updated! It has taken 7 weeks for me to get my vehicle back! There was very little communication from Swansway throughout this period, and the only time I got a some communication, was because I contacted Swansway first! My vehicle ended up being moved to another centre for repairs, again, Swansway didn't inform me when the vehicle was being moved! If I could describe my experience in one word, it would be shambolic!
