Kind regards. ^CB - Rating 1.0Oct 11, 2024My wife that took the car for a service had asked for a curtesy car for her automatic licence, which was agreed and put in place,but on visiting the dealership to drop off the car, the automatic curtesy car had been handed to a previous customer, luckily the previous customer returned the automatic quickly stating that they couldn’t drive an automatic they had only ever driven a manual vehicle,
So we eventually got the curtesy car requested, my wife’s licence was for automatic vehicles only so no choice,
On the servic paperwork oil filter and oil was ticked as being changed, and stated that a courtesy clean and vac had been carried out, the car wasn’t washed or vacuumed, which makes me as the customer question on wether the oil and oil filter had been changed.
