    Well what can I say Roy was absolutely fantastic Brilliant so polite went through every single detail with me on paperwork explained how it all works what's
    the following steps I haven't drove in a while so I did a couple of practice runs with my friend so felt better but I was so worried about all these buttons etc id say i was about 60% confident about driving home when it was pick up car day Roy walked me to the car got in with me explained every single thing I'd need
    which button does what set up the bluelink account shown me how to do the radio anything I asked he knew straight away and explained it in full detail he went through anything and everything id ever need to know we did a walk around a car so he shown me where the leads were charging point even went into so much detail on when I'd be at random charge point where the cables are made me feel so much better with the sos button explained how it all works which by the way hyundai kudos on that by the time it was ready for me to set off I felt brilliant about driving my confidence easily was like 99% and I just drove home like I was in any other car I drove one mile above speed limit car started beeping I knew about that he already explained so it was it didn't make me jump I was expecting it to do it fir a test and yep bang on so a huge thank you to mobility and huge thank you to hyundai and biggest thank u to Roy if I could give him 100 stars I would
