Lovely showroom for a start, coffee, tea and hot chocolate on tap and plenty of sales people to help if needed. Didn't feel pressured at all when i walked in.
Sat down with a lovely guy called Steve Wright (not in the afternoon IYKYK)☺️
Discussed my needs and wants for my new car and placed my order. I was advised on the waiting time (new build car) and kept up to date with the whole process. Got my new car earlier than expected and was given a mini tutorial on all the tech gadgets that the car came with (and there is a lot)😳 but was reassured that any help I needed or problems, I could call them anytime.
Overall, I cannot fault the customer service I received here and the whole process was smooth and stress free so I would highly recommend West Way.
