    Fabulous staff who made me feel like royalty. I was a little nervous picking up and driving a new car, but all the staff were lovely and very understanding and reassuring.

    Can not fault the service I received. From the driver who picked up my car and brought it back to the receptionist to the mechanic, everyone was friendly, efficient and professional. Couldn't ask for more!

    Very good collected car early and delivered later afternoon. Valet was not good as missed quite a bit. I also noticed 2 bars of petrol gone I'm careful to stay near 30 as hybrid and heating and air-conditioning was on full. I presume this caused the lost of petrol.

    Mark was great from start to finish, infact Mark sold me my previous car so I was glad it was a familiar face. He kept me informed from start to finish and even introduced himself to my grandson 😊

    Mark gave us exceptional customer service when we picked up our new motorbility car on 4 July 2023. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and dealt with the handover very proficiently. He also explained how to use all the features of the new car really well. We couldnt have had a better experience. Thank you so much Mark.

    Staff were lovely no problems, but just curious as to why fuel used ,left car with 126mls as regards fuel,when I picked it up only 86mls left in fuel ?? In mileage in that car that is 3/4 gallon of fuel .
    Also comment on jobs done at end comment "to dirty to inspect!!" Hadn't had car washed for just over a week ,so why that comment am I supposed to wash before I bring it in . Usually get it washed and small valet whilst in for service or don't Inchcape do that I must add car had been washed when I picked it up .
    Have dealt with company before when I had a Mercedes car. Also found that a full can of the pressure fluid used in tyres which had just been replaced by Kwik fit a month or so ago after having had to use the one I had ,why was this removed from boot and replaced with a new Toyota one .
    Call my comments constructive critism ..
