    Alex was a very nice and very
    pleasant young man.From the start to the end.He was earlier than he was expected picking up my car.We dliscussed what needed to be done and extra stuff absolutely brilliant 100% service from
    Alex from Acorn.
    From picking up my car he  ACTUALLY  listening & did everything I asked to be done. From the recall on my car,my dash cam fell off the front window .He fix that problem and put the wires back where they should of been.Update on my software...And software update on my SatNat...Other stuff that was not on the service that at needed doing.
    This was my 2nd service on my car from Acorn.Happy on both occasions. Especially  this time with Alex.10/10.

    My experience was very positive, the representative was quick and easy, and he showed me features on the vehicle and helped me set the radio and phone functions. Overall very professional and friendly.
