    The dealership never kept me upto date with the progress of the order.
    I had to contact them each time.

    The handover was terrible.

    The guy seem uninterested.
    As I had never had an electric vehicle I was expecting a run through or the vehicles functions.
    He did nothing apart from trying to set up the app which wouldn't work and told me to try at home.
    I had to ask him how to start the vehicle

    He did ask if I had any questions, but at this point I just wanted to go home as it was getting dark
    But surely I shouldn't have to ask questions such as how to strt the car?

    Booked for 10am, dvla site down so 2 hours later still no car.
    Returned later same day, still took 1 1/2 hours to put reg plates on and handover.
    Richard was lovely, but everything took too long
