    Arrived at dealership at 9.30am. Was ringing at 3/4.30pm to be told it hadn't been done yet so went back to dealership to be told there was a recall on vehicle and it would take a whole day and wasn't told I could have a curtosy car until asked.
    Receptionist (male) was ignorant and I was sat in the waiting room waiting to be spoke to but the male receptionist was too busy eating his McDonalds. It was only when I walked outside he came and asked if I had been seen to. But then spoken to he was so ignorant and spoke to me as though I was nothing.

    Hi Bethany, Thank you very much for your feedback. We pride ourselves on treating our customers with respect and always demonstrating professionalism. We would like to Apologise for the initial delay in repairing your car. This was as a result of back-log created by a systems issues in VWG Germany that prevented us from accessing the systems throughout Wednesday & Thursday. This was a global issue which also meant that other dealerships were affected too.

    In regards to the communication to collect your vehicle, we would like to apologise that the communication to collect the vehicle on Saturday was from the Honda Service Desk as at weekends, staff are on a rota.

    Finally, we would like to apologise for the behaviour of the staff – we do not, as a rule, allow food into the showroom (however the staff member that had purchased their food, was walking to the canteen to eat it, but was handed a sales customer to deal with before managing to it get there ).

    As a result of your experience, we have thoroughly reviewed your comments with the member of staff in question, who was unaware of how his actions were being perceived negatively, and will be more mindful in future dealings If you would like to discuss anything further, please get in touch with Rodeny Deane via email RDeane@Johnsonscars.co.uk
