- Rating 3.0Dec 1, 2025Initially Jake who dealt with me when ordering my Jaecoo 7 was great. Shown me around the car and allowed me to have a real good drive of it. However, on collection it was very clear the car had not been cleaned inside or out. I’m not sure the ceramic coating had been done that was promised as the car has a few chip marks, sticky residue on the actual car doors. Stickers half ripped off the windows , marker pen still on the windows that’s wiped off with your finger. And i was also promised a full tank of fuel. This was very disappointing as it really did take away that feeling of getting a new car, especially when I’ve never experienced getting a brand new car before. That being said, on discussing the issues it has been sorted for me to take the car back at my earliest convenience to make sure all the issues are dealt with to a high standard. I’m happy that I’ve been listened to and everything is being dealt with without the awkwardness. Overall i am happy but still disappointed that it needed these things doing
