    The five stars are for Lee Shrubsole who managed to rectify an impossible situation caused by Darren Hurst who has subjected us to 10 months of incompetence and lies where we have to constantly chase for answers and issues to be resolved only to be ignored,and brushed to one side hoping we will go away
    Thanks to Lee for stepping in after visiting the dealership and again being fobbed off and asked how much would it take for us to basically go away so they wouldnโ€™t have to deal with one manโ€™s complete negligence
    Never again shall we set foot in Wigan Nissan

    Collected the Nissan X trail, N-Connecta 1.5 MHEV X-tronic 2WD 7ST, Petrol, Auto. My journey from ordering to collection was very smooth. There were no hiccups at all. I ordered it in October and I collected it on 29/01/24. The car is an absolute dream to drive with all high specifications. It was worth the wait.

    I canโ€™t thank enough to Darren @ CHORLEY NISSAN (WIGAN). He updated me every step of the way. I am feeling grateful to him because he even collected me from home with my car and he demonstrated & explained to me all the specifications whilst driving. Darren was aware that I was a little bit apprehensive, driving an automatic car for the first time. He was very reassuring and he understands the words disability and vulnerability. Nobody can beat this gold plated service. If I can give him more than 5 stars then I will without any second thought.
