8 months to deliver a vehicle with no optional add ons is ridiculous. The dealer can only give an educated guess as to when and that gets put back, causing the customer much frustration. From the moment we stepped foot in the front door he was attentive and talked us through the process of ordering our first Motability car. Once the car had been ordered his communications were excellent both via emails and text messages, keeping us up to date on the expected delivery date.
