    I left house at 7.20am and did not return to 5.50pm. Upon arrival at dealership at approximately 8.30 I was told that I was not booked in. This happened prior in August during a recall. They did squeeze it in to service and complete another recall, there is an issue with heating which was not even checked, given the freezing temperatures as of late this is not acceptable. Giving that my 1 year old daughter travels in car. Rear blows out cold air unless front is up at max temperature it heats a little.
    No courtesy car or lift was offered, outside was like an ice rink I did manage to walk out to a coffee shop across the road for a short time.

    I returned around 12, not once did anyone from the service team acknowledge me. In my view I was treated as if I had inconvenienced them because of their booking error. The sales person who dealt with the purchase did come over and spoke a few times.

    You will see from the motability portal I have changed the managing dealer who have a much better reputation and a lot more accommodating for disabled people.

    I will not be returning to Charles Hurst ever again.

    After a complaint email I have received a reply implying that the booking error was motabilitys fault, I know this not to be the case as all dealings were direct with Charles Hursts. I’m happy to forward the correspondence to motability if required.
