    David was excellent. He gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and made us feel very welcome. He was very knowledgable and nothing was a bother. We are looking forward to getting our new car and will hopefully return in the future for other cars.
    If there is one thing that I can suggest.. I was there through the motability scheme. I think conversations regarding this should be discussed in a more confidential environment. I and perhaps other motability customers may feel embarrassed discussing this in the show room. Perhaps a separate office is more appropriate? There were a few people around and the words PIP and motability were being used and I felt a little uncomfortable. Perhaps other customers don’t mind but it’s something maybe management needs to consider.
    I want to reiterate how good David was and continues to be. He is keeping us updated with every step and we appreciate that. This is nothing to do with him, and I look forward to continuing to deal with him regarding our new car.
