- Rating 3.0May 20, 2022William was fantastic but I was to have my car back by 1 but I didn't get it until nearly 2 o'clock. I was told the guys were washing the car but I was really disappointed. The windscreen was still dirty the alloys were still dirty. I agreed to wait longer so the guys to clean the car, what a disappointed. When I got my car back eventually it was 1.50 leaving me late for picking my granddaughter from school.

The lady who was to deal with me was busy with another customer so another man brought me forms to sign for taxing my new car. This was very helpful. When I finally had my appointment it was very swift and before I knew where I was I was given my new car. All the staff are extremely efficient and I would have no hesitation on returning for future business.

I'm already feeling better about coming to this dealership for servicing compared to where I had to go to before. Wei was professional and friendly and I look forward to dealing with her in the future when my new vehicle arrives .
