    We first met Sarah-Jane Watson the Motability Specialist on Friday the 5th of January and explained that the car we had first had picked was unsuitable for our Motability needs and needed a suitable one. With no hesitation she showed us a suitable one and asked us to return the following Monday morning were she helped filling in the paperwork, and, also to our complete surprise informed us that our new suitable car would be delivered to us the following week. Sarah-Jane really helped make a real difference in our lives by going well beyond her call and duty by helping us feel relaxed and relieved that everything went well, as we were quite nervous and anxious about everything. We just can't thank Sarah-Jane enough for all the hard work she has done for us, she is indeed a real professional Motability Specialist, and we would highly recommend her to everyone that seeks an Motability car.
