    Our experience going through the mobility scheme was a very relax and pleasant one from the very beginning right through to its conclusion. Nicole from the Renault dealership(Aberdeen) made our navigation through the process as stress free as possible and her happy professional manner was exemplary, this being our first time ever was rather daunting and Nicole put ourselves at ease and kept the whole experience light and exciting but still knowledgeable every step of the way. Always making herself available to answer any questions at any time and keeping the delivery of the new vehicle in as shortest time as possible along with ensuring all necessary documents were properly handled and checked with utmost professionalism.
    With all that said we would give her a five star rating and wish every success in her future.
