    Car went in on Friday to get a service. Saturday I picked it up, and the lady I picked it up from said they had found something on the diagnostic thingy but no warning light on dash. So they would phone me the following week (this week). Wednesday comes still no phone call. So I phone around 1-2 pm, said no one available they’ll phone me back. 3:30pm no one has phoned, so I phone back, still no one available. The lady on the phone said she’d leave a note as previous but will copy in two managers. 4:50pm still no phone call, so I phone back. No one, said they’ll phone back today. 10:45am no phone call. I phone and finally manage to get through. The guy on the phone said I’m on the list to get called back at some point today. He also says the lady I picked the car up from got me mixed up with another customer, so no issue at all. I got the right car back, how on earth did I get mixed up, very strange. I understand people make mistakes but so much stress this week trying to sort everything, just to be finally told it was all a mix up.

    The lady I dealt with was fantastic got hire car so that bit was great but the tires pressure was all wrong not even half way home I had tire pressure warning lights coming on had to stop and get my dad to pump them up . I was to tired and sore to take it back . Also the doors on the shop are pull to get in as a disabled person with a stick it is really had to get both of them open . There are two one outside to get into a hall but and then a second
