    Just off phone with motability. AC got my order in March another dealership phoned me saying do I want a car as none ordered. Got back to AC and was confusion over my middle name as a letter or in full. I had been told previously it was ordered but somehow this issue was overlooked and could have been a longer time. Anyway I got car reordered only to get a email weeks later from motability saying it was only processed yesterday. Given the long lead time on these cars to be put back yet again is just frustrating. It seems disabled drivers just put on back burner with no interest paid to them. I try to support AC with my own daughter working actually in the branch I have grievance with. I didn't push her as not her area and would be unfair. May cancel order and go elsewhere as not going to be any longer wait and no confidence in AC. Just going to chill today and decide.
