He was also very accommodating when I told him we were still being careful due to Covid and wore a mask. I was surprised to hear that he didn’t get commission for a Motability order. He way he acted towards us was appreciated even more, that we were being treated so well, just as well as a regular customer would be. This was really valued by us.
