    I contacted this dealership, 200 miles from where I live, after my friends said they had a great experience.
    I had to pull out of an original deal through my local dealer because a change in circumstances.
    I contacted my local dealer again (they have many makes that they sell) because my change in circumstances resulted in me having to go for a smaller model with less advance payment.
    I decided to go for an Omoda 5 Noble at Parks of Hamilton, Irvine/Dreghorn, 200 miles away from Omoda showroom, Arbroath.
    They were basically horrible and unhelpful.
    They were trying to charge me for a paint colour.
    All colours are standard on the Omoda.
    They tried to charge me an advance payment of £1000 when the advance payment at other showrooms was either nil or £499.
    Why? Why? Why?
    It shouldn’t be trying to rob the poor to give to the rich.
    I was livid when I realised the difference in advance payments.
    Shannon and Rachel at Parks of Hamilton, Arbroath have went above and beyond to help with all my queries.
    This is under the Mobility Scheme.
