    Hi i was in to collect my car last night from rosie in dumfries from the minute we went to look for a car and wanted more advice we were greeted by exceptional customer service we then decided to go for hyundai tuscan we were kept upto date all the time from rosie regarding delivery off vehicle to collection day, on collection day we were greeted with a smile and a warm welcome on a windy wet horrible evening we finalised everything and was handed over the key not only she then came out to car to go through all the gadets while my 11 month old baby in back she took time out to put a smile on her face exceptional customer service setting standards Rosie

    3 hours for a service is absolutely ridiculous the technician went for his dinner while I'm still sat waiting for the car. Receptionist just wandered off when he said he would find out where my car is and I found him just talking to people outside. I won't be back to parks I will travel to another dealer
