I initially wasn’t sure I would be leaving with a car on order as I was just going to have a look at my options and didn’t want to be pressured into committing to anything straight away but after my appointment went so well I ended up choosing a car and left extremely happy about it. I’ve had bad experiences in the past but Peter put my mind at ease and was truly a pleasure to be around. This was my first time getting a car from Motability so I wasn’t sure what to expect but Peter knew his stuff and went through the whole thing with me, explaining everything as we went along. He answered all my questions and made the whole process simple and smooth. Luckily the car I chose wasn’t too long a wait and I was informed of exactly what to expect and when. I also had a test drive arranged for a few days later and it wasn’t a quick one like some places, I was able to really give the car a good drive and get a feel for it making sure I had definitely chose the correct car for my needs. Peter kept me informed of the progress of my new car and when it was ready to be collected, the handover wasn’t rushed and he sat and explained all the features and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the car before I drove it away. I can honestly say, from start to finish, Peter has been an absolute pleasure to be around and has a very warm and friendly personality making me feel at ease and able to have a good chat. I’ve had my car now for almost a week and I’m extremely happy with it and love everything about it.
