    They didn’t have a courtesy car for me after saying they would, so had to arrange own pick up and drop off. Then they said they would ring me once finished but I got a text message instead and when I went to pick up, the bloke was locking up, gave me keys and invoice and rush me out door. Didn’t explain anything that had been done!

    If I could give 0 stars it would be zero however I can't fault the guys who done the service but everything bar that very disappointing, I'm suffering in great pain since yesterday after being made to walk from nissan garage to the far end of the VW garage which with my mobility conditions is not acceptable not only that but the second time I've been given a car which was no use and driving it caused pain amd car was useless as I couldn't charge it so was confined to my home missing 2 hospital appointments I'm a complete mess with pain due to over exerting by that walk it maybe 2 mins to an able bodied person, there was no care for myself with being a motability customer and once my car is fixed I shall be using another Nissan dealership In the future ive never had this treatment when the perthshire one was available and I certainly didn't experience this on the first nissan I got on motability in dundee but never again

    Customer service was very good. Pickup and drop off great but car was returned with a fault to the boot door lifting halfway this was a recurring problem after it was last at the garage for servicing. Also new fault with sat nav sending wrong directions also It dumped programed information like picking up phone Messages

    Initially the experience off dropping the car off and booking it in was great could not complain at all.
    However when coming to collect the car I noticed that my car was being driven to the furthest away point of the carpark.
    The person who was bringing me to collect my car drove to the bottom so I could say to the person that I was just in to collect my car could I be brought back up. He said just go book in and we will get it organised. I explained I just seem him park it so would let him know before he came up so he was not having to go all the way back down for it.
    Just as I was booking it in the same man came over and said to Dawn she knows where it is and dropped my keys on the desk. I think I was in so much shock when I was asked how the service was I said ok.
    I was just in utter disbelief that after saying to the gent can it be brought back up I essentially heve my keys dropped in front of me.

    I then had to walk to the furthest away part of the carpark to collect my car. I cannot walk far I have impaired mobility and I am also asthmatic.

    The day after collecting my car I then get a call to say it needs booked in for it's service. I explained that it has just been picked up from MOT. The lady on the phone was lovely and explained there had been an oversight and it should have really been done at same time.

    I have already had several issues with the car and there is an extreme lack of communication on Nissan's part.

    Unfortunately I have to say I will be glad to leave Nissan.

    If I can say one positive Sharon Rodgers has been great through out whole experience, it is unfortunate when it comes to the repairs side customer service is lacking.

    Met with superb customer service, received a courtesy car which was great also. Same level of customer service when we got our car back so superb overall.

    Average customer service at best.
    It annoys me that you never get a call regarding the progress of your repair / mot. Living around 40 minutes away from the garage it is very difficult to know when to leave to pick up your vehicle etc and with their call Centre centralised in Edinburgh that remoteness does not help the customer. Quite impersonal overall.
