    Nick was great and very knowledgeable, both about Toyota cars and the Motability scheme. He helped me a lot and even had the car I wanted in stock, so I was able to get it quite fast. It was also very easy to get in touch with the dealership to arrange a drive test and see the cars. Totally recommend!

    Service from Nick at Dunfermline was outstanding. Can’t praise him enough.

    Service from Toyota on the other hand was shocking. Was told when we should get our car so sold our car and then Toyota changed the date and I was left with a car for 5 weeks! I was unable to get to work or hospital appointments and had to pay for taxis. Not great service. But no complaints re the garage

    Lady who picked up cat was great and no issues per se with the car. Complimentary hoover and wash was terrible and would have been better leaving it alone!

    The simplicity and assistance was great from start to finish. The cars I were interested in were offered to me to test drive and the grading type I was interested in along with the deposit options.
    Once I chose my car, type and colour it was sit back and the sales team took over all administration. I arrived saw my car and got all the technology explained to me and assistance to log my mobile system up to the car.
    Once this had been done Nick the salesman completed all relevant mobility work, took my advanced payment then I was off to enjoy my new car with all the motability support. Thanks to Nick and the team for all their help in making my mobility purchase simple quick and easy for me. Andy McQueen
